Hello, and welcome to our website, we hope you enjoy your visit, and will return many times. We would appreciate any comments you may have in our guest book. 
Who are we? My name is Karen, and my husband is Paul. We live here in Somerset in a small bungalow by the sea, we moved here nearly 3 years ago. We are very near to the beach which is a dog friendly beach all year round, with seven miles of beautiful sand and dunes for the dogs to play in, which they love. We also have a golf course on which we may exercise the dogs, early mornings or warm summer evenings after dusk, the summer sunsets are beautiful, which I love! Paul and I started breeding German Shepherds about 15yrs ago, we have also bred Great Danes. The affix FIREPOOL was granted to us in 1998.
Over the years we have bred some beautiful dogs of which we are very proud, we have met
some wonderful people, and made many friends, all thanks to our super dogs. You will see from our gallery that we have bred many colours of German Shepherds, and we love them all, however, we have recently decided to give up breeding litters ourselves for a while, but will be keeping our boys at stud, all being well Hahnee and Dante will be available for stud later in the year. Our aim is to breed large (we like big and cuddly) thick long coated GSD's, with laid back easy going temperaments, our dogs are not your guarding, working type (although we love these also) but family pets who love long walks, as much as lying in front of the fire at their masters feet.
